A $25 processing charge will be applied to all cancellations.
If 14 days or more notice is given, the deposit will be refunded minus the $25 processing charge. If 2-14 days notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-booked to another guest for the full period. With less than 48 hours notice, non-arrival or early departure, the guest will be liable for the full cost of the stay.
