New River Falls Lodge

New River Falls Lodge BBQ restaurant is now open and serving daily Tuesday through Sunday. Restaurant is located riverside on New River along Route 20 in Hinton. Beautiful scenic views from our indoor dining and outddor deck areas. Watch for the Golden and Bald Eagles that visit daily.

New River Falls Lodge offers a variety of lodging accommodations. For families and larger groups we offer four two-bedroom Bungalow style cottages and the three or four bedroom Falls Lodge. These spacious accommodations are located riverside on the New River.

Join us this season for your vacation, family gathering,or romantic get-away. Whether you stay in the lodges or cottages you will awaken well rested. All accommodations feature luxury furnishings, beddings, and mattresses.

From the moment you arrive you will be engulfed in the natural beauty of the New River Falls Lodge. Based on the rivers edge the lodge offers spectacular mountain and riverfront views. Nearby National Park observation decks offer guests excellent vistas and photo opportunities of the falls of New River. The upper falls "Brooks" and the lower "Sandstone" are easily accessible via boardwalks. Sandstone Falls the largest waterfall spans the 1500 feet wide New River, dropping 10 - 25 vertical feet as the river plummets over the sandstone bluffs.

The four riverside two-bedroom cottages are available for rental on a daily, weekend, or weekly basis. These bungalow style cottages are two-bedroom, two-bath, 1500 square feet units. Cottages are fully furnished and beautifully decorated with tiled floors and gas fireplace accented in wooden trim on the lower level. The two spacious bedrooms are located on the upper floors and are decorated with quilt work patterns. These cottages offer guests the best in comforts. Cottages feature large kitchens with abundant countertop, center island, and dry storage space. Riverview windows surround the cottage kitchen and dining rooms. Rear decks with picnic tables and gas grills make for great scenic views and outdoor cooking. All cottages have satellite TV, wireless internet, gas firplaces, air conditioning, electric heat, refrigerators, electric stove/ovens, laundry centers, dishwashers, coffee makers, blenders, toasters, cookware, dishes, flatware, luxury bed and bath linens, hairdryers, soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Basic cleaning supplies provided. Phone, fax, and copy machine avilable at the office.

The Falls Lodge units are our premiere accommodations available for daily to weekly rental. These early-American styled lodges are available in three or four bedroom configurations. The lodges are fully furnished and beautifully decorated with hardwood and tiled floors, a gas fireplace accented in stone and wood on the lower level. Central heating and A/C, wireless internet, and satellite TV. Three spacious bedrooms are located on the carpeted upper level and are decorated using quiltwork patterns for the beds, draperies, and shower curtains. Furnishings are hand worked hardwoods throughout. The four bedroom lodge has one bedroom located on the lower level with a half bath across the hall. Includes luxury linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers.. Fully furnished kitchen with all major appliances including everything needed to cook, prepare, and serve food. Outside gas grill. Riverside firepit and picnic table. Includes use of canoes, rowboats, mountain bikes, and many yard games. Phone, fax, and copy machine available at the office.
